Every student has the right to get the best education from the best teacher regardless of their financial background

Teachers in our schools, colleges, and universities have immense knowledge of the subject. They are proficient in teaching their respective subjects as they are researching their subjects, but the issue is they are unable to pass down this information to their students, so students cannot get benefits from their teacher’s knowledge.

Nowadays, teachers are not trained to understand the needs and feelings of students. They discipline them by giving punishments, but discipline is not about becoming strict and rigid towards students. It is about how to make them understand the rules and why it is necessary to abide by rules. They are busy completing the course content and motivate students to get good marks rather than telling them how they can groom their personality or polish their skills. Which causes distance between students and teachers that results in terrible interaction and learning.

Every student has the right to get the best education from the best teacher who can give them a better knowledge of a subject as well as tell them how to impart basic lifestyle skills. Of course, some private sector schools and universities are doing their job in this area, but it’s only for those who have a good financial background. A good education from the best teacher should be for everyone regardless of their financial background.

We have to train our teachers from the perspective that they can bring life to the education system. Even if a student has a low financial background, he can still learn from trained teachers. But it is regretful that because of the limited resources we are unable to train our teachers well. So, even if the teacher is very competent, he is unable to pass the valuable information to his students. We need to improve our training. The teacher training should be about giving the same education to all students.
